Service updates were somewhat hard to get and inaccurate. I had a simple accessory installation that took all day. I dropped the vehicle off at 7:15 that morning and it was completed at around 5 that afternoon. Their original estimate was that if I came in early, they would have it done before lunch. At the last update I requested at 3, no one could even tell me if it would be completed that day. Came into your service writer’s dept. a few times, “no one” even looks up when I walk in, no one greets you. I have to actually stand in front of the service writer before I am noticed. Definatlely gives you an unwelcome feeling. The service dept. (Mechanics) I’m satisfied with his work.

Very pleased with Summer as always on each visit. This visit was for alignment. When I purchased gasoline and reset my dashboard stats, I noticed that my tires were 4 different pressure readings. Should they not be the same on all four tires? I read a review from another about the same negative problem with tire pressure. My car maintenance is specifically always taken to Larry Puckett Chevrolet and until the last two maintenance service visits, I have been totally happy with results

When they rotated tires from front to back they did not adjust pressure. There is a 10lb difference in air pressure from front to back. Went out of town next morning and had to adjust myself after arriving at location.

I was quoted one price over the phone and once the work was completed it was over 100 something more. Then the wrong part was ordered so I waited 3 hours just to get a key programmed. It was an awful experience. The labor for about 30 minutes was 190 unbelievable.

This review is written based on my experience with this dealerships service department. If I could give them a zero, I would. From start to finish it was a horrible experience and this wasn’t the first time with a bad experience either. From communication difficulties, to poor management and outright absurd labor pricing. Trying to charge $240 per hour on labor, and knowingly installing faulty parts is beyond me. Due to my experience with GM and this service department I will never purchase another GM product. After having my thermostat replaced in my 2015 Chevy 3500, the tech did not refill my coolant all the way and I got a warning on the way home saying “Low Coolant” and had to add a gallon of coolant.

Lazy sales staff. Attempting to trade in a vehicle that I purchased at this dealership, the sales staff seemed aloof. The deal they offered was absolutely not acceptable andno one was willing to entertain a counter offer. I went to a local competitor that was willing to close a deal with me.

I took my car to be serviced for an issued that required immediate action and they looked in to the problem and fixed it the time they told us. As my wife drove it home she noticed something wasn’t right. They immediately sent a tow truck to pickup the car and sent another vehicle for my wife to drive until the problem was resolved. We were very pleased in how they handled the situation. The car was under warranty.

Good communication, fast turn around. Only four stars because I picked up car, paid bill and then was called the next day to pay more. Said they didn’t add taxes? Not my fault. I paid what I was billed. I did pay the added charges because I pay my bills but I felt like the billing problem was on their end. Next time they may just be S.O.S. If there is a next time.
